Established two decades ago in a modest home office, Nextgen Architecture began as a one-person endeavor. Over the years, we've steadily expanded our reach in South Florida; recognized for our meticulous customer service and efficient project completion. Our path reflects a journey marked by steady dedication, hard work, and a consistent focus on turning visions into reality with professional expertise.

Our story is marked by overcoming challenges. The 2008 economic crash tested our resilience, but we adapted, expanding into property inspections and gradually recovering. This period refined our ability to deliver quality under pressure, a trait that has become our hallmark.

By 2019, we had doubled our client list and team size, welcoming more skilled drafters to manage an increasing project load. The pandemic era was a critical phase; our decision to continue operations uninterrupted significantly elevated our standing in the competitive Miami architecture scene.
In 2021, we hit a milestone: scaling our client portfolio by 250%. This growth spurred our move to our current location at 14331 SW 120 St #114 Suite.
